User Agreement

General Information: The following terms and conditions are applied to all users of Sparkleberry’s website. By using the website, you are agreed to below terms and conditions.

1. Products: Sparkleberry offers a variety of art and craft products, including (but not limited to) handmade items, that are subject to availability. All products are sold in the form provided by respective parties and Sparkleberry reserves the right to remove or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
2. Pricing and Payment: All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams and are subject to change without notice. Sparkleberry accepts payment through various modes, including (but not limited to) Credit cards, PayPal, and other third-party payment processors. Payments are processed securely through the website’s payment gateway and are subject to prevailing exchange rates.
3. Shipping: Shipping rates will be decided based on the shipping options i.e. standard, expedited, weight, and destination of the order, and to be calculated at checkout. Sparkleberry is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may be incurred on international orders.
4. Returns and Refunds: At Sparkleberry, we do not have a refund or exchange policy and artworks once sold cannot be returned to us except,
   • If the delivery does not arrive, Sparkleberry will refund the paid amount for the subject item/s,
   • In case of damage due to delivery, Sparkleberry will refund the paid amount for artwork and delivery subject to proof of damage. Buyer must contact Sparkleberry within 24 hours of receiving the said artwork. Proof of artwork entails and means a clear picture of damage via email.
   • We advise buyers to check the artwork immediately on handover from the courier.
5. Intellectual Property: All content on the Sparkleberry website, including text, graphics, images, and logos, belongs to www.sparkleberry.co . Users may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the website without express written permission from Sparkleberry.
   Sparkleberry will not be held responsible for the protection of the copyright of any arts and craft work displayed on their website or sold through them. The seller will be wholly responsible for the complete protection of their copyrights.
6. Privacy Policy: Sparkleberry respects the privacy of its users and collects only the information necessary to process orders and provide the highest level of customer service. The website uses industry-standard encryption to protect sensitive information, and customer information will never be shared with third parties (unless it is required by law).
7. Disclaimer of Warranties: Sparkleberry makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the products or services offered on the website. The website and its content are provided “as it basis” and without warranty of any kind.
8. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Sparkleberry be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the website or the products or services offered on the website.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Emirates of the Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
