Vendor Eligibility & Platform Purpose

Sparkleberry is a free creative marketplace designed exclusively for active artists, makers, and creative professionals who consistently create and offer original handmade work.

To maintain the quality, integrity, and purpose of the platform:

• Sparkleberry is not intended for hobbyists, trial sellers, or individuals testing the market by listing a single product or occasional creation.
• Vendors are expected to be actively creating and offering multiple handmade products, not uploading one item solely to see whether it sells.
• Listings or vendor accounts created primarily for experimentation, market testing, or non-active selling may be reviewed, paused, or removed at Sparkleberry’s discretion.

Because Sparkleberry does not charge listing or subscription fees, the platform is reserved for genuine creators who are committed to their craft and to maintaining a meaningful creative presence.

Sparkleberry reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or deactivate vendor accounts that do not align with the platform’s creative standards, values, or intended use.

Sparkleberry was created to uplift creators who are ready to share their work—not as a testing ground for market experiments.

Vendor Availability & Account Status

Vendors are responsible for keeping their account status accurate and up to date.

If a vendor is temporarily unavailable, on leave, unable to fulfill orders, or not actively selling products, the vendor must inform Sparkleberry and request their vendor account to be temporarily disabled or placed on hold.

Failure to notify Sparkleberry while remaining listed as active may result in:

• Order delays or cancellations
• Customer dissatisfaction
• Temporary suspension or administrative action by Sparkleberry

Sparkleberry reserves the right to pause, disable, or adjust vendor account visibility if a vendor is inactive, unresponsive, or unable to fulfill orders.

Accounts & Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old or supervised by a guardian.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
• Sparkleberry reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Website.

Payments, Refunds & Returns

• Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.

Limitation of Liability
